（振替期限は半年以内にお使いください）
◯ 以降10日前までのご連絡は50％のキャンセル料、
残金を他のレッスンに振替で対応させて頂きます。（期限半年）
◯ 9日前〜当日のキャンセル料は100％
返金＆振替できかねますので、
なるべくキャンセルされませんようお願いします。
